Poncho Madness [Steal]

At last low temperatures arrived in Texas and that means I can use my boots and flannel poncho.

What I like the most about this garment is that it is very versatile and you can even use it as a scarf.  It is perfect for winter because it is very warm and soft, it’s like wearing a blanket, but with style. Here are three ways you can wear it.

With a Belt

[Steal] Her Look

Last week I thought I had nothing to wear, [I never do] so I went on Pinterest to search for cute outfit ideas. That's when I came across Olivia Palermo’s outfit and I realized I had everything in my closet. I am obsessed with Olivia’s style. She is always so classy and beautiful, even when she is out walking her dog, wearing flats and a messy bun. This post is inspired by her, but of course without spending millions of dollars.

Digital Art & Cool Gear [men + women]

Gilbert Zarate [gzas] wearing his own design {cap + t-shirt}

I love bumping into original artistic things, so today I like to introduce an awesomely talented artist, Gilbert Zarate. He has created a brand called gzas, [Je·sus | ˈjē-zəs] where he transforms his digital art into super cool gear.

This Brownsville native has come a long way, he’s been “doodling” since high school, worked in several important newspapers and now as a Sr. Graphic Designer at an advertising agency in San Antonio, Texas [where some of his art is also displayed]. In his spare time, aside from creating amazing digital art he is working on compiling his pieces to be published as a book.

The great news is that now you can sport his art.  You can choose from a variety of his artwork and convert it in to t-shirts, bags, phone cases, mugs, clocks, laptop skins, skate boards and even rugs (among many other things).  A rich unique look at an inexpensive price.

To buy cool stuff from gzas go to  zazzle.com and society6.com. To learn more about gzas visit, sweetgzas.com
